Introduction

A technique described below facilitates condition of a patient suffering from insuperable desire again and again to use alcohol with the aim "to improve health".

Short-term application of medicines allows a patient to cope with a pathological inclination comfortably, spending the most of time in a dream. And dream's quality leave to a doctor in charge to talk, to observe, to investigate ... A patient can serve itself.

As soon as possible recovery of a patient's critical attitude to disease is one of the basic purposes of alcoholic withdrawal syndrome treatment, with the aim to apply psychotherapeutic methods to move forward a patient in his\her positive attitude to refuse alcohol.

Long-term introduction of high dozes of neuroleptics is justified at alcoholic psychoses which develop comparatively seldom. Restoration of patient's criticism proceeds a long time.

Refusal from neuroleptics in favor of tranquilizers as usual is none sufficiently effective, because patients come back to alcohol early.

Therefore Fluanxol-Droperidol combination (two soft neuroleptics, short-term and long-term of exposure) is an optimum decision as treatment approach to majority of patients.
