Ladies and gentlemen, dear colleagues

The study of sexuality evolution aspects is important because it opens up new prospects for understanding the role of libido in human life, in community development and evolution. I mean the third function that is unfortunately poorly studied, unlike with recreation and reproduction. The third sex drive function is responsible for population adaptation to changing environment, from generation to generation.

Slide 1. Sexuality functions

Thanks to Scientific and Organizational Committee for this chance to present to you the idea that competition of so-called bio-social sexological groups can serve as a tool of the third sexuality function. The notion of competition belongs to the theory of functional systems.

Slide 2. Genders' Populatory Function and the Sexual Dimorphism of Gametogenesis

It was proposed to consider micro-evolution processes that take place at the gamete generation and transportation together with the macro-evolution processes.

Slide 3. Sex ratio self-regulation

The theory of pre-zygotic sex determination had been developed to explain that stable sex ratio (as human species feature) is supported via sexual activity intensity. It occurs as self-regulation and negative feedback connections.

Slide 4. Two Wholes - table

I would like to present two groups as an example of competitive sexual behaviour and differences between biological results of this behaviour. The first one is patients suffering from opiate addiction, and the second one is couples that participated in the family planning program.

Both groups were formed taking into account social criteria. The first one was selected by nosologic form (a medical category), and the second one, by reproduction motif. Couples took part in consultations. Relations with clients can be regarded as psychotherapy and sex education.

Independent processes involving sexuality occur in both groups (that belong to one and the same whole, Moscow residents). These processes lead to opposite biological results.

Slide 5. Sexuality reduction syndrome

A specific phenomenon designated as sexuality reduction syndrome was identified in every patient suffering from heroin addiction.

Slide 6. Failed competition between sexuality and dependent behavior in patients suffering from heroin drug abuse

The strength of pathological inclination for heroin was so great that, as the drug was used, mutually related processes happened that ultimately lead to elimination of the social group from the population.

Slide 7. BGP program. Ethics

Family couples entered the baby's sex choosing program. Ethical regulating of this reproductive technology was offered depending on the reproductive status of a couple.

Slide 8. Observation' strategies

Couples were provided with information on the need in changing the sexual activity rhythm.

Slide 9. Recommendations, psychotherapy, and sex education

Slide 10. Family planning attitudes / Preferable Family Structure

Significant differences were found in distribution of reproduction attitudes. Patients suffering from heroin addiction are not at all interested in reproductive aspects of sexual life. Women and men from the second group prefer a family with two children of opposite sex.

Slide 11. Secondary and tertiary relations between sexes. Free love, marriage, prostitution

Secondary sex ratio was calculated and forms of sexual relations in order to estimate population and genetic functions of sexuality in both groups. The parameters differ significantly. Healthy people transfer female and male sex to the next generation in approximately equal proportion. It is difficult to make conclusions as to the patients' population because they are not numerous.

Slide 12. Prostitution' levels

High level of prostitution in heroin addicts was found.

Slide 13. Sex constitution

The biological basis of sexuality was investigated in men by determining their sexual constitution.

Slide 14. Sex constitution Types distributions

No significant differences were found in distribution of constitution types, except for the fact that a disharmonious constitution version was more common in addicts. It was often impossible to identify any period of regular sexual life due to drug abuse because patients stopped their sexual life in these periods.

Slide 15. From Bio-social groups to biosocial sexological group Definition

With heterosexual relations mostly happening as free love, in marriage and prostitution, we can formulate the notions of biosocial sexological groups that mutually compete for transfer of hereditary information to the next generation, predominantly through males or females. This is expressed in changes in secondary sex ratio, i.e. in balance of children's sexes.

Slide 16. Biosocial sexological group Definition

Definition:

Biosocial sexological group (BSSG) is a sexological category that reflects the process of hereditary information transfer to the next generation via change in sex ratio. BSSG is a population of individuals who actively participate in reproduction, have different rhythms of sexual activity about three months prior to conception and realizing sexuality in this period so that pregnancy occurs either in free love or in marriage or in prostitute relations.

Slide 17. Applied aspects of the study

A bio-social group reflects a comparatively short period in an individual's sexual life, which relates to conception.

Both sexes belong to bio-social groups - males and females.

An individual can belong to different bio-social groups if he/she has more than one child.

Slide 18. Example 1

This couple could belong to different bio-social groups three times during life. The first pregnancy had been interrupted by abortion. The second time couple gave birth to a girl. The third time a boy was born.

It is clear that reproductive attitudes of the couple were differ three times.

Slide 19

Conclusion

Perhaps, any further development of our ideas of biosocial sexological group can have theoretical and applied significance. It is appropriate to specify the ethical provisions and, to improve work arrangements and to ease up work, there is a need for cooperation.

Thank you very much for your attention
