Important information

If you have arterial hypertension which is corrected by non-drug means (or drug-corrected arterial hypertension, or arterial hypertension corrected by risk factors elimination, or premenstrual hypertension, or menopausal hypertension) you must not apply Chinese Recipe because high dozes of Ginseng raises pressure. You can apply 1-3 drops of Ginseng only in the mornings not refusing from the preparations appointed by your doctor for pressure decrease. Please, note that small dozes of Ginseng have regulating effect. Ginseng reduces pressure if it is increased and, by the way, ginseng raises pressure if it is reduced. Ginseng doesn't operate as stimulator but as adaptogen. It is a scientifically proven fact by Prof. Brehman in 50th.

Contra indications to application of a ginseng

There are no contra indications to use Ginseng under mentioned above.

The Far East Recipe

In the beginning you increase dozes of 10 % ginsengs' spirit tincture gradually from one drop daily to one more. Then you decrease doses also to one drop per day. You should increase number of drops according to your age. For example, if you are 45 years old you start to use ginseng from one drop at the first day, and you will achieve 45 drops daily via 45 days. Then you will reduce number of drops and in the following 45 days finish course of treatment. General duration of treatment is about three months (90 days).
You could repeat the same course of treatment through a month.
Therefore you will have three courses within one year.

If you don't use alcohol

You could prepare 10 % honey extract using fresh ginseng's root and apply it daily on 1\3 a teaspoon in the morning and in the afternoon on an empty stomach for 30 - 40 minutes before meal, during 3 months.

Notes

In all cases of ginseng's application it is necessary to hold it in a mouth up to full resorption. As result useful substances are soaked up into your blood directly and operate on your brain passing a gastroenteric path which can inactivate the ginseng by gastric juice acid.

For more pleasant accepting spirit's tincture of ginseng drip it on sugar in a teaspoon.
